Fred & Charlie Farrer

Farrer Construction was founded in the mid 1950's by L. H. Farrer and his sons, Fred & Charlie.

Their philosophy was simple . . . provide professional, quality services to the community. Now over 50 years later, that philosophy still stands strong.

Farrer Construction is now in the capable hands of Chuck Farrer, Charlie's son.

Company History

We have a reputation for "quality and professional workmanship" - since 1955. Everyone at Farrer Construction strives to make that commitment a continuing effort and pledge to our customer.

The company was chartered as a Tenn. Corporation in 1978, and proudly holds a membership with the Better Business Bureau. Farrer is also pleased to be a member of the State of Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace Program.

Under Chuck's skilled leadership, Farrer Construction was the 2004 Recipient of the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. We are members of the Rutherford County Homebuilders Association and the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce
